I first heard about Woopra when I attended Blog World Expo two years ago. I was able to get a beta invite to test their services and when I got it installed on a few of my blogs I was immediately impressed with the services that were available.

At the time I installed, the desktop client was the main interface. I was blown away by all the data that was now at my finger tips.

The down side of an analytics package is that they all track 98% of the same thing all the other ones track. The upside of an analytics package is that the deciding factor then becomes how user friendly it is the experience of getting the data out of it that you want.

Woopra delivers on both counts. If it's data related to your site, it will more than likely track it. Between the desktop application and the Dashboard summary information available from within your WordPress Admin panel, it's super easy to use and find what you're looking for out of the data. 

One of the items I do really like about Woopra is the WordPress plugin dashboard. By installing Woopra on some client sites, I'm able to immediately share with them the details of traffic and their visitors for their site. They've now got the information at their own fingertips and they can browse and interact with that data as much as they like without having to get me involved and export any reports or other information to them. It really opens up the opportunity to both service their needs, and stay available for other questions and support that require more effort and skill than looking at the data.

If you've been looking for a stats/analytics package and want something that's easy to use and loaded with features. spend a little bit of time with Woopra. I'd be surprised if you're not very pleased with the results and your experience.
